Great Lakes Guide Girl (“GLGG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide high-quality content, products, and experiences. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued.

Digital Products & Content

Due to the nature of digital products — including downloadable guides, digital field notes, subscriptions, paid newsletters, or other digital content — all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If GLGG offers physical merchandise, refunds or exchanges may be available under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Events, Experiences & Ticketed Offerings

For events, guided experiences, or ticketed offerings:

  • Refund eligibility will be clearly stated at the time of purchase

  • Unless otherwise noted, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable

  • Events may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

If GLGG cancels an event, a refund or credit will be issued at our discretion.

Sponsorships, Partnerships & Custom Work

Payments for sponsorships, advertising placements, collaborations, or custom content are non-refundable, unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of Great Lakes Guide Girl.
